Bring tradition to your Christmas table with our locally reared Free Range Bronze Turkey — the centrepiece of a truly festive feast. Raised using the highest welfare free-range farming methods, these beautiful British birds are naturally matured for rich flavour, tender meat, and that signature golden roast finish.

Cooking Instructions

  • Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (Fan 160°C / Gas 4). Allow the turkey to reach room temperature before cooking.
    • Roast for approximately 35–40 minutes per kg, basting occasionally for a succulent result.
    • Check the thickest part of the bird to ensure juices run clear and it’s piping hot throughout before serving.
  • Rest: Cover loosely with foil and allow to rest for 30–45 minutes before carving to retain moisture.

Serving Suggestions

Perfect for your Christmas dinner, surrounded by crispy roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and rich homemade gravy. Leftovers make excellent Boxing Day sandwiches or can be used in hearty winter soups and curries.
