Our smoked salmon comes from Macneil's Smokehouse, a small-scale artisan, award-winning producer, smoking in small batches for best results, using the finest ingredients and a traditional Norwegian smoking kiln in Worcestershire. We stock it in two flavours, the traditional, smooth version smoked over beech wood, or one cured and smoked using Herefordshire cider and apple wood.
