We offer a nationwide courier delivery service covering England, Wales and mainland Scotland with a minimum order of £60.
For orders between £60 - £120 our delivery charge is £7.95.
For orders between £121 - £180 our delivery charge is £15.90.
For orders between £181 - £260 our delivery charge is £23.85.
We're using Woolcool products for insulation - a natural and sustainable insulating product, together with icepacks to ensure our products get to you by courier in a chilled condition. We prepare orders within 24 hours of ordering on Tuesdays through to Fridays and our courier picks up on the same day for next day delivering. So, for example if an order is placed on a Tuesday we will ship on a Wednesday for a Thursday delivery, but orders on a Saturday through to the following Monday will wait for processing on the next Tuesday.
The shipping date notified from our system is the date we ship to the courier and not the date for delivery.
Please note that our local deliveries are not available between Saturday 14th December and Sunday 5th January 2025.
