We serve customers in Warwick and offer local delivery to Leamington Spa, Kenilworth and Stratford-upon-Avon.


Delivery & Collection

Do you offer home delivery?

Yes. We deliver within a 12-mile radius of our Warwick shop, including:

• Warwick
• Leamington Spa
• Kenilworth
• Stratford-upon-Avon

You can select delivery at checkout when placing your order online.


What days do you deliver?

We typically deliver on:

Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Available delivery dates will show during checkout.


Is delivery free?

Free local delivery is available on qualifying orders (currently over £40 within our 12 mile delivery radius).

Orders below this threshold will incur a small delivery charge, shown at checkout.


Do you offer click & collect?

Yes. Simply select “Collection” at checkout.

Collection is available from our Warwick shop at 49 Brook Street during normal opening hours:

• Saturday: 7am–4pm
• Sunday: 9am–1pm
• Monday: 9am–1pm
• Tuesday–Friday: 7:30am–4pm


Can you leave my delivery in a safe place?

Yes. You can add safe place instructions at checkout (porch, shed, neighbour, etc.).

Please ensure the location is weatherproof and secure.


Do you deliver Christmas products?

Christmas joints and trimmings are collection only from our Warwick shop.

We do not offer home delivery for Christmas centrepieces.


Ordering & Payment

Is there a minimum order amount?

There is no minimum order for collection.

Delivery minimums only apply for free delivery qualification.


How far in advance can I order?

You can order for the same week or schedule a delivery or collection date in advance, subject to availability.

Many customers pre-book meat boxes and special occasion cuts ahead of time.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay online.


Products & Preparation

Are your sausages and burgers gluten free?

Yes. All of our sausages and burgers are made in-house using gluten-free ingredients.

This is a core part of our product range and one of the reasons many Warwickshire families choose us.


Are your marinades gluten free?

Yes. All marinades used for brochettes and poultry are gluten free.


Do you use fresh British meat?

Yes. We source exclusively from trusted British suppliers who prioritise welfare and quality.


Is your beef dry-aged?

Yes. Our British beef is dry-aged in-store in Warwick for a minimum of 28 days to enhance tenderness and flavour.


Do you prepare products in-house?

Yes. All sausages, burgers, joints, brochettes and fresh cuts are prepared by our butchers in our Warwick shop.

We do not operate a central production facility.


Is game seasonal?

Yes. Availability depends on the season and local supply.


Allergens & Dietary Information

Where can I find allergen information?

All allergens are clearly listed in bold on each product page and on product labelling.


Do you handle allergens on-site?

While many of our products avoid common allergens, food prepared on-site may come into contact with peanuts, tree nuts, soy, milk, eggs, wheat, shellfish or fish.

If you have a specific concern, please contact us directly before ordering.


Storage, Freezing & Freshness

Can I freeze your products?

Yes. Most products are suitable for freezing.

Any exceptions are clearly stated on the product page.


Can I freeze products on the day of delivery?

Yes. Freezing on the day of delivery or collection is perfectly fine.


How long do products keep in the fridge?

Use-by dates are printed on all packaging.

As a general guide, fresh meat stored at 5°C or below will typically keep for 1–3 days depending on the cut.


How are orders packed for delivery?

For local deliveries, most products are packed in Seal Fresh paper pouches.

For national courier shipments, we use insulated, temperature-controlled packaging to maintain safe chilled conditions.


Weight & Preparation

Why might weights vary slightly?

All products are cut fresh by hand, so weights may vary slightly within the stated range.


Do you vacuum pack products?

Some cuts are vacuum packed for freshness and extended storage. Others are wrapped fresh in paper depending on product type and intended use.


Returns & Replacements

What if there’s a problem with my order?

We will always aim to resolve issues promptly with a suitable solution.


What if something is missing?

Very occasionally, items may become unavailable due to fresh supply constraints.

If necessary, we will contact you regarding substitutions or provide a refund where preferred.
