Available delivery dates will show during checkout.
Free local delivery is available on qualifying orders (currently over £40 within our 12 mile delivery radius).
Orders below this threshold will incur a small delivery charge, shown at checkout.
Yes. Simply select “Collection” at checkout.
Collection is available from our Warwick shop at 49 Brook Street during normal opening hours:
• Saturday: 7am–4pm
• Sunday: 9am–1pm
• Monday: 9am–1pm
• Tuesday–Friday: 7:30am–4pm
Yes. You can add safe place instructions at checkout (porch, shed, neighbour, etc.).

Christmas joints and trimmings are collection only from our Warwick shop.
We do not offer home delivery for Christmas centrepieces.
There is no minimum order for collection.

Yes. All sausages, burgers, joints, brochettes and fresh cuts are prepared by our butchers in our Warwick shop.
We do not operate a central production facility.

While many of our products avoid common allergens, food prepared on-site may come into contact with peanuts, tree nuts, soy, milk, eggs, wheat, shellfish or fish.

Yes. Most products are suitable for freezing.
Any exceptions are clearly stated on the product page.
Yes. Freezing on the day of delivery or collection is perfectly fine.
Use-by dates are printed on all packaging.
As a general guide, fresh meat stored at 5°C or below will typically keep for 1–3 days depending on the cut.
For local deliveries, most products are packed in Seal Fresh paper pouches.
For national courier shipments, we use insulated, temperature-controlled packaging to maintain safe chilled conditions.
All products are cut fresh by hand, so weights may vary slightly within the stated range.
Some cuts are vacuum packed for freshness and extended storage. Others are wrapped fresh in paper depending on product type and intended use.
