🚚 Delivery & Collection

Do you offer home delivery?

Yes — we deliver locally within a 12-mile radius of our Warwick shop, including Warwick, Leamington, Kenilworth and Stratford.

What days do you deliver?

We typically deliver on:
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Available delivery days will show at checkout.

Is delivery free?

Free delivery is offered on qualifying orders. Orders below the minimum will have a small delivery charge applied at checkout.

Do you offer Click & Collect?

Yes — simply choose Collection at checkout.
Collection is available during normal opening hours:

  • Sat: 7am–4pm

  • Sun: 9am–1pm

  • Mon: 9am–1pm

  • Tues–Fri: 7:30am–4pm

Can you leave my delivery in a safe place?

Yes. You can add a safe place note at checkout (porch, shed, neighbour etc.).
Please ensure it’s weather-proof and animal-safe.

Do you deliver Christmas products?

Christmas Trimmings and Christmas Joints are collection only.
No home delivery is offered for Christmas centrepieces.

Is there a minimum order amount?

There’s no minimum for collection.
Delivery minimums only apply to qualify for free delivery.

How far in advance can I order?

You can order for the same week or schedule a collection/delivery date in advance (subject to availability).

What payment methods do you accept?

All major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted online.

Are your sausages and burgers gluten free?

Yes — 100% of our sausages and burgers are gluten free.
This is a key Artisan Butcher speciality.

Do you use fresh British meat?

Yes — we only use trusted British suppliers with high welfare and quality standards.

Is your beef dry-aged?

Yes — our British beef is dry-aged in-store for enhanced tenderness and flavour.

Do you prepare products in-house?

Yes — all sausages, burgers, joints, brochettes and cuts are prepared by our butchers in Warwick.

Is game seasonal?

Yes — availability varies depending on local supply and the game season.

🔍 Allergens & Dietary Information

Where can I find allergen information?

All allergens are listed clearly in bold on every product page and product label.

Do you handle allergens on-site?

While we avoid using allergens in many products, food sold on the premises may have come into contact with peanuts, tree nuts, soy, milk, eggs, wheat, shellfish or fish.

Are your marinades gluten free?

Yes — all marinades used for brochettes and poultry are gluten free.

❄️ Storage, Freezing & Freshness

Can I freeze your products?

Yes — almost all products can be frozen.
If there are exceptions, they are listed on the product page.

How long do products keep in the fridge?

Use-by dates are printed on all packaging.
As a guide, fresh meat stored at 5°C or below typically keeps for 1–3 days, depending on the cut.

Can I freeze products on the day of delivery?

Yes — freezing on the day of delivery or collection is perfectly fine.

How are orders packed for delivery?

When delivered Locally we use Seal Fresh Paper Pouches mostly, however when shipped Nationaly via Courier we use insulated, temperature-controlled packaging to keep products chilled and safe.

🎄 Christmas Ordering

When do Christmas orders open and close?

Order deadlines are posted on the website each year.
Products may sell out early due to high demand.

Are Christmas items delivered?

No — collection only for Christmas Joints & Trimmings.

🔄 Returns & Replacements

What if there's a problem with my order?

Just contact us on 01926 419166 or visit the shop.
We will always make it right with a replacement or suitable solution.

What if something is missing?

Very rarely, items may sell out or be unavailable due to fresh supply. We’ll substitute only with your approval or refund if preferred.

Why might weights vary slightly?

All products are cut fresh by hand, so weights may vary within the range stated on the website.

Do you vacuum pack products?

Some cuts are vacuum packed for freshness; others are wrapped fresh in paper depending on product type.
