A beautiful Christmas centrepiece with a difference. Our free-range herb-aged cockerels are naturally reared for exceptional flavour and tenderness — a wonderful alternative to traditional turkey. Perfect for festive gatherings, they roast beautifully with crisp golden skin and juicy, aromatic meat that fills the kitchen with the scent of Christmas.
Cooking Instructions:
• Oven: Preheat to 180°C (160°C fan). Allow approx. 20 minutes per 500g, plus 20 minutes extra. Baste occasionally for extra succulence. Rest for at least 20 minutes before carving.
Ensure piping hot throughout before serving.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve as the star of your Christmas dinner, surrounded by roasted root vegetables and golden roast potatoes. Pair with homemade stuffing and a drizzle of rich gravy. Cold leftovers make a perfect Boxing Day sandwich or can be used in a hearty winter pie.
