Our handmade Beef Wellington is the ultimate centrepiece for your festive table. Crafted in Warwick by The Artisan Butcher, each Wellington features prime British beef fillet, a layer of rich mushroom duxelles, and crisp buttery puff pastry baked to golden perfection.

Perfect for Christmas Day, Boxing Day, or any special family celebration — this show-stopping classic combines restaurant quality with local craftsmanship.

 🎅 Cooking Instructions

  • From Fresh:
    Preheat oven to 200°C (Fan 180°C / Gas 6).
    Place the Beef Wellington on a parchment-lined baking tray.
    Cook for approximately:
    • Individual: 25–30 minutes
    • 1kg: 45–50 minutes
    • 2kg: 55–65 minutes
    Rest for 10–15 minutes before slicing for a tender pink centre.
  • From Frozen:
    Defrost fully in the fridge overnight before cooking as above.

Pair your Beef Wellington with Dauphinoise potatoes, seasonal roasted vegetables, and a rich red wine jus for a festive dinner to remember.
