Each rib is dry aged for exceptional depth of flavour, then French trimmed for an elegant presentation worthy of Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve or a special Sunday roast. Cooking Instructions (From Fresh)
Remove from the fridge 1 hour before cooking.
Preheat oven to 220°C (Fan 200°C / Gas 7).
Roast for 20 minutes to seal, then reduce to 180°C (Fan 160°C / Gas 4).
Cook for:
• 15 minutes per 500g — medium-rare
• 20 minutes per 500g — medium
Rest covered for 20–30 minutes before carving.
Cooking Instructions (From Frozen)
Defrost thoroughly in the fridge for 24 hours before cooking.
