Cooking Instructions:
• Oven: Preheat to 200°C (180°C fan). For a medium-rare finish, roast for 20–25 minutes per 500g. Adjust timing for preferred doneness. Rest for 15 minutes before carving to allow the juices to settle.
• Air Fryer (optional): Sear fillet first for colour, then air fry at 180°C for approximately 20–25 minutes per 500g.
Ensure piping hot before serving.
