Cooking Instructions
Oven: Preheat to 180°C (fan 160°C). Roast for 50–60 minutes for medium, or longer for well done.
BBQ: Cook low and slow over indirect heat until tender.
Rest for 10 minutes before carving to retain maximum juiciness.
