🔥 Cooking Instructions:
• Oven Roast: Preheat to 180°C (fan 160°C). Roast for 50–60 minutes for medium, or longer for well done.
• BBQ: Cook low and slow over indirect heat for beautifully tender results.
Rest for 10 minutes before carving to retain all those delicious juices.
🍽 Serving Suggestions:
Serve with roasted Mediterranean vegetables, flatbreads, and tzatziki — or slice cold for salads and wraps the next day.
