Cooking Instructions (From Fresh)
Preheat oven to 200°C (Fan 180°C / Gas 6).
Place the Wellington on a parchment-lined baking tray.

• 2kg: 55–65 minutes
Rest for 10–15 minutes before slicing for a tender pink centre.
