Cooking Instructions (Oven)
Remove from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking.
Preheat oven to 180°C (Fan 160°C) / Gas 4.
Roast for 20–25 minutes per 500g for medium, adjusting to your preferred doneness.
Rest for 15–20 minutes before carving to ensure tenderness.
