We run a number of butchery courses, for both individuals and groups and these include our very popular Steak Masterclass, Sausage Making and the Complete Pork and Lamb courses.
We also offer them as team-building away days for businesses and corporate events, which can be tailored to your needs and timings.
Our courses normally run for 3-4 hours and are held in our dedicated development kitchen above our shop in Warwick.
