Cooking Instructions:
• Oven: Remove from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking. Preheat the oven to 190°C (Fan 170°C) / Gas 5. Roast for 20 minutes per 500g for medium, or adjust to your preferred doneness. Rest for 15–20 minutes before carving to ensure maximum tenderness and flavour.
