Part of our Nursery Collection and Free From range our 25g Lamb and Mediterranean Herb Cocktail Sausages are made from Lamb leg, fully trimmed and finely minced, and are less than 5% fat. They have subtle tones of Mint and Rosemary.
We sell them by the kilo, with a kilo being approximately 40 sausages. They are made fresh and so are suitable for freezing on the day you get them, but de-frost thoroughly in a fridge before cooking and do not re-freeze.
This range of products are free from the 14 allergens that have to be declared by law, which are: celery, cereals containing gluten (such as wheat, barley and oats), crustaceans (such as prawns, crabs and lobsters), eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs (such as mussels and oysters), mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, sulphur dioxide and sulphites,and tree nuts (such as almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios and macadamia nuts).
They do not have any allergens added when the products are made in-store by our team of butchers, but of course we must continue to advise that food sold on our premises may have come into contact with peanuts, tree nuts, soybeans, milk, eggs, wheat, shellfish or fish and the other declared allergens.
