Bring the heart of Christmas home with our Free Range Bronze Turkey Hamper — a traditional festive favourite prepared with care by your local butcher. Featuring a beautifully tender British free-range bronze turkey, paired with your choice of Pork Loin or Gammon Joint, it’s everything you need for a show-stopping Christmas dinner.

Each hamper is completed with our handmade festive stuffing and a tray of our best-selling pigs in blankets, making it the perfect centrepiece for families who value premium quality and home-cooked tradition.

Cooking Instructions

Turkey (oven roast):

• Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan / Gas Mark 4).

• Allow the bird to reach room temperature before cooking.

• Roast for 35–40 minutes per kg, basting occasionally for a golden, succulent finish.

• Rest for at least 30 minutes before carving.

Pork Loin or Gammon (oven roast):

• Preheat oven to 190°C (170°C fan / Gas Mark 5).

• Roast for 30–35 minutes per 500g, or until the internal temperature reaches 70°C.

• Rest before slicing for best flavour and tenderness.

Ensure all products are piping hot before serving.

Serving Suggestions

Serve your roast turkey alongside fluffy roast potatoes, buttered seasonal vegetables, and a generous helping of our homemade stuffing and pigs in blankets. Perfect for Christmas Day, Boxing Day cold cuts, or a festive winter family feast.

Leftovers make delicious sandwiches or can be added to a hearty turkey and ham pie.

Stuffing (450g): PORK, Gluten Free Breadcrumb Salt), Onion, Water, Sage, Seasoning, Salt, Pepper.

Pigs in Blankets (12 per tray): PORK Sausages (PORK, Potato Starch, Dextrose, Salt, White Pepper, Coriander, Nutmeg, Emulsifier E451, Sulphites E221), Wrapped in Streaky Bacon (PORK, Salt, Preservatives E250, E252).

Turkey: 100% Free Range Bronze Turkey.

Optional Joint: Pork Loin, Gammon, or Beef Sirloin (depending on selection).
