💕 Mother's Day Chef-Created Cook at Home Special for 4 people 💕

Our in-house chef has created a fabulous meal for 4 people with two options on the main course, 5 great flavoursome vegetable side dishes and a sticky toffee pudding for dessert. 

Treat the family for Mother's Day or order one to share with your significant others, family or friends. Whoever you share it with, it will be delicious!

These products are only available from Thursday 27th March through to Saturday 29th March, 2025 for in-store pick up, or for free delivery if you are within 10 miles of our Warwick shop.

Choose between a Herb-rolled Belly Pork Porchetta Joint, or a Marinated Chicken Roast made up of 4 supremes and 4 chicken legs, with 5 side dishes of:
 
- Buttered Roast Potatoes
- Honey & Thyme Roast Parsnips
- Orange & Caraway Carrots
- Lemon Buttered Green Beans
- Cauliflower Cheese

plus 
a gooey Sticky Toffee Pudding.

All the side dishes and dessert come fresh frozen with cooking instructions to cook at home.

Ingredients and Cooking Instructions:

Marinated Chicken Roast

Chicken breasts, Chicken legs, Parsley, Basil, Thyme, Lemon powder, Salt, Garlic powder, Onion powder, Oregano, Basil, Salt, Fennel seeds, Cracked black pepper, Rapeseed oil

Pre heat oven 180c. Place chicken legs and breasts on separate trays. Place legs on top shelf, cook for 35-45 minutes or until internal temperature of 75oC. Place breast on middle shelf, cook for 20-30 minutes or until internal temperature of 75oC. Cover loosely with tin foil for 10 minutes before serving. 

Herb-rolled Belly Pork Porchetta Joint

Pork belly, Fennel seed, Rosemary, Sage, Thyme, Ancho chilli, Salt, Lemon powder, Basil, Parsley

Place in deep metal cooking tray, ideally on a bed of chopped carrot, onion, and celery. Pre heat oven 160c. Place on middle shelf. Cook for 2hrs or until it reaches an internal temperature of 75c. Leave to rest, loosely covered with tin foil for 30-40 minutes before slicing.

Buttered Roast Potatoes

Maris piper potatoes, Rapeseed oil, Butter DAIRY, Thyme, Salt

Pre heat oven 180c. Remove film lid. Place on top shelf, cook for 50-60 minutes from frozen, turn halfway through cooking time. Cook longer for crispier potatoes. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before consuming.

Honey and Thyme Roast Parsnips

Parsnips, Rapeseed oil, Honey, Salt, Thyme, Cracked black pepper

Pre heat oven 180c. Remove film lid. Place on top shelf. Cook for 25-30 minutes from frozen or 15-20 mins defrosted. Turn halfway through cooking. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before consuming

Orange & Caraway Carrots

Carrots, Butter DAIRY, Rapeseed oil, Orange, Caraway seeds, Sea salt

Pre heat oven 180c. Remove film lid. Place on top shelf. Cook for 25-30 minutes from frozen or 15-20 minutes defrosted. Turn halfway through cooking. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before consuming.

Lemon Buttered Green Beans

Green beans, Butter DAIRY, Lemon, Salt

Pre heat oven 180c. Remove film lid. Place on bottom shelf. Cook 10-15minutes from frozen. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before consuming.

Cauliflower Cheese

Cauliflower, Butter DAIRY, Flour GLUTEN, Milk DAIRY, Cheddar cheese DAIRY, Mustard MUSTARD

Pre heat oven 180c. Remove film lid. Place on bottom shelf 35-40 minutes from frozen or 20-25 minutes defrosted. Stir after 15 minutes. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before consuming.

Sticky Toffee Pudding

Dates SULPHITES, Unsalted butter DAIRY, EGGS, Self-raising flour GLUTEN, Bicarbonate of soda, Double cream DAIRY, Soft dark brown sugar,Castor sugar

Cooking instructions

Best cooked from frozen. Preheated oven 170c fan assisted, 190c non fan.Remove film and outer packaging, leave in metal tray. Cook for 30-40 minutes, middle shelf. Ensure cooked through and piping hot before consuming.
