Our Turkey Crowns are a brilliant option for a hassle-free Christmas roast. Available in five sizes from 1–5kg, they offer all the tenderness and flavour of a whole bird without the fuss — perfect for families who prefer breast meat or want an easy-carve option.
Each crown cooks evenly, stays beautifully moist and slices cleanly, making it ideal for your Christmas table with all the traditional trimmings.
Remove from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking.
Preheat oven to 180°C (fan 160°C).
Place the crown in a roasting tray, season and cover loosely with foil.
Roast for around:
1–2kg: 1 hour 45 mins – 2 hours
2–3kg: 2 hours – 2 hours 30 mins
3–4kg: 2 hours 30 mins – 3 hours
4–5kg: 3 hours – 3 hours 30 mins
Remove foil for the last 25–30 minutes to brown.
Ensure the thickest part reaches 75°C.
Rest for 20 minutes before carving for maximum juiciness.
