Cider & Apple Smoked Salmon from Macneil's Smokehouse

Award winning Herefordshire Cider and Apple Cured Salmon is Macneil's take on gravlax. This sweet and salty salmon is completely hand produced. Using traditional gravlax methods, the salmon cures in our unique recipe cure-mix for 7 to 10 days, then its topped with their secret recipe apple & dill powder then "Scandinavian" sliced and packaged by hand.
