Come and join us for a relaxed and informal course where we share some great butchery skills designed to be used at home.
We’ll look at a range of skills including how to portion a whole chicken, how to bone out and then stuff a leg of lamb or a piece of pork shoulder, how to keep your knives safe and sharp and how to do a butcher’s knot so you can prepare a joint for roasting.
We can answer your questions as well and share the skills that you need. They’ll be hands on experience and some great takeaways at the end of the course.
