Nothing says Christmas quite like carving a beautiful roast turkey at the family table. Our high welfare, barn-reared White Turkeys are locally produced using low-intensity farming methods — delivering tender, juicy meat with a traditional festive flavour that only a trusted local butcher can provide.

Cooking Instructions:

• Oven: Preheat to 180°C (Fan 160°C) / Gas Mark 4.

Allow approximately 35–40 minutes per kg.

Cover loosely with foil for most of the cooking time, removing it for the final 30–40 minutes to achieve a rich golden skin.

Always ensure the juices run clear before serving.

For best results, allow to rest for at least 30 minutes before carving.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve with homemade stuffing, roast potatoes, and seasonal vegetables for the perfect Christmas dinner.

Leftovers make delicious cold sandwiches on Boxing Day — try with cranberry sauce or chutney for a festive twist.
