Butcher's Tip: Stuffing balls make serving Christmas dinner particularly easy and look wonderful arranged around a carved turkey.
Using Stuffing Inside Poultry
Our Pork, Sage & Onion Stuffing can also be used to stuff poultry, although we recommend cooking it separately to help ensure even cooking.
If stuffing a bird, add the stuffing immediately before roasting, follow suitable stuffed-poultry cooking guidance and ensure both the poultry and the centre of the stuffing reach 75°C before serving.
Stuffed poultry will generally require additional cooking time.
Important Cooking Information
Cooking times are approximate and may vary depending on your oven, the size of the portions and the depth of the baking dish.
Always ensure the centre of the stuffing reaches 75°C before serving.
Use a food thermometer rather than relying on cooking time alone.
Follow the use-by date and storage instructions supplied with your order.
