Smoked Trout

Sourced from the fantastic Wansford Trout Farm these fish are hand filleted on the farm before arriving with us to be smoked. A lightly smoked fillet of trout that is gently cooked as it smokes so is ready to eat.Smoked in beechwood this fillet is great size for a meal for one or we like to make it go further by flaking it on to a salad for two.
